With baby at home its very difficult to cook food. Some how I run to the kitcchen and try to make something really fast. I had 2 chicken legs in the fridge & I thought of making something easy & tasty.
This recipe is very simple & turned out to be very tasty as well. If you dont have much time skip the marination part.
2 Chicken legs
1/4 spn turmeric powder
1/4 spoon Jeera Powder (Cumin)
1/2 tspn Chili powder
2 Tbspn Lemon Juice
1/4 Spn Black Pepper powder
Marinate the chicken with the above ingredients for 1 hour. In a Pan pour 1 tbspn of oil and fry this chicken with 1/2 cup of water for about 10 to 15 mins. Chicken is ready to easy. Its very easy to make and very tasty as well. If you want you can fry this with Ghee as well:)
